The Learning Community of the Madison School District believes that a strong library media program is integral to the education of our children. The Madison teacher-librarians work with students, classroom teachers, parents, community, members, and administration to:
Prepare students for life-long learning and informed decision-making while
helping them develop a love of reading and the skills necessary to effectively
use information technologies.
Connect learners with ideas and information
Participate as active partners in the teaching/learning process
Acquire, organize and disseminate information resources to support the Madison
educational community |
